How do I order?

To get started, visit the order page and select which dishes you wish to receive and add them on a day by day basis.

When do I pay?

Payments are taken immediately, covering the length of your chosen package.

How do I pay?

Payments are made by credit or debit card at the end of the checkout process.

How much will it cost?

Our meals prices start at 40 د.إ.

When can I start?

You can start whenever you like! Orders must be placed by 8am Friday to receive your food the following week.

Delivery and Collection

Do you deliver?

We are always committed in improving our EatUP meal service plan and as part of this we are now offering time slots for delivery to cater your busy schedule and ensure optimal freshness of our food that we serve you.

Delivery Options Below:

  • Option 1 – 07pm to 10pm (starting Sunday evening)
  • Option 2 – 7am to 9am (starting Monday morning)
  • Option 3 – 10am to 1pm (starting Monday morning)

Where do I collect from?

All of our meals are collected from the Ultimate Performance Dubai gym, and are normally available from 7am daily.


Where do you source your food?

We work with local suppliers to source the best quality meat, fish and vegetables for all of our meals. If you have any further queries about our produce – please contact eatupdubai@upfitness.com

How will I know what each meal contains?

All ingredients are listed on the meal labels: they can also be found on our online menu.

How long do the meals last?

Meals last three days when refrigerated.

What if I have food intolerances or allergies?

Please state any intolerances or allergies at the checkout page.

Can I make changes to my plan?

All amendments/cancellations must be made by 12pm on the Friday of the week prior to your first delivery, to avoid a charge.

What if I’m a pescatarian, vegan or vegetarian?

Currently, we do not cater for vegetarians or vegans but we do have a variety of fish dishes for pescatarian diets.

Do you offer Halal?

Halal options are available for all of our dishes – please note at the checkout.

Do I have to heat the meals?

All cooking instructions will be listed on the packaging and specific to each meal, but we recommend heating most of our dishes.

Can I freeze the meals?

Meals can be frozen on the day of delivery and will last one month.


Can you tell me my macronutrients?

All macronutrients can be found in our Menu page by clicking on the meal name.

Can I alter the macronutrients?

Whilst the macronutrients of our meals are not customisable, you have a choice of small, or large meal sizes.
